2023 is a significant year for Porsche as it marks the 75th year of the legendary and iconic brand.
Since their debut in 1948, Porsches have been a symbol of excellence on wheels. Their unorthodox shape and rear engine layout have made them stand out amongst sports cars for 75 years, and nowhere has that uniqueness been embraced more enthusiastically than in America. The exhibition, We Are Porsche will explore how Porsche’s influence on America, and vice-versa, created a new kind of car culture.
The exhibit will feature 40 cars and will be featured on the Rob and Melani Walton Industry Floor of the museum.
To celebrate the opening of its upcoming “We are Porsche” exhibit, the Petersen Automotive Museum will host a full day of unique experiences on April 15th, 2023. The museum is offering three participation packages, which include exclusive experiences and access to the opening reception of the exhibit.
