America’s National Park of Speed is once again the host of VSCDA’s penultimate race of the 2022 season – the Ariens Art on Wheels Vintage Weekend at Road America.
The annual celebration of vintage and historic race cars attracted over 300 entries as the festivities began Friday with practice sessions and a welcome social gathering at the Road America Center.

This years event is all about The Women of Motorsports with honored guests Lyn St. James, Victoria Thomas, Cindi Lux, Pam Shatraw, Sabré Cook, Barb Nevoral, and Connie Ensing.
On the schedule for Saturday is a full buffet of qualifying sessions and sprint races, a special Concours d’Elegance by victory lane, and the annual Road Course Re-Enactment – a police-escorted tour of the original Elkhart Lake 1950-1952 public road race course.
Sunday is race day with the Trans Am B Sedan/V8 Challenge kicking things off at 8:00 am sharp.
