Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix’s (PVGP) 40th anniversary 10-day extravaganza kicked off on-track action Friday at the Pittsburgh International Race Complex with the PVGP Historics. Racers were met with blue skies and a mild temperatures as the action on track warmed up.

The day featured a full schedule of morning practice, midday qualifying and afternoon sprint races. VM’s northeast contributor-extraordinaire Bill Stoler is on hand throughout the week to capture and share all of the sights from the Keystone State. Look for a full writeup (with more photos) in an upcoming issue on Vintage Motorsport.
