Deer Trail, CO – Safe, heads-up racing from the record-breaking 150-car turnout across five race groups for Rocky Mountain Vintage Racing’s July 30-Aug. 1 Race Against Kids Cancer led to raising $200,300 for the Denver-based Morgan Adams Foundation to fund lab equipment and life-saving pediatric cancer research.
The 11th annual event featured a British invasion theme, and the highest-ever total raised ($9,750) during the lunchtime Ticket-to-Ride as part of the overall fundraising amount.
RMVR now looks toward its Sept. 25-26 Lollapalooza Weekend at Pueblo Motorsports Park before the season-closer OktoberFAST, set for Oct. 23-24 at LaJunta Raceway.
