Indianapolis, IN – After announcing in late May that the Luftgekuhlt 7 celebration of air-cooled Porsches would take place Sept. 10 in Indianapolis, organizers just revealed that the event will be based at the Bottleworks District, where a renovated Coca-Cola bottling plant — once the largest in the world — now houses a hotel, food hall, event space and more. It’s about six blocks east of downtown in the Massachusetts Avenue area.
Registration for the event is open to Porsches built between 1948 and 1998.
Luft 7 will take place on the first day of the inaugural three-day Porsche Sportscars Together Festival at Indianapolis Motor Speedway, detailed in this VintageMotorsport.com story from July 2.
