Sharon, CT — Since 1993, Rich and Jean Taylor have organized 116 1,000-mile vintage car rallies, donating well over $2.5 million to North American charities in the process.

After COVID-19 forced the postponement of the 2020 New England 1000 and Texas 1000, the Taylors were able to safely and successfully hold the Mountain Mille last October.

Now they’re back with three new 2021 events, including Texas Bluebonnets, the 20th anniversary of Texas 1000, coming April 11-16.

The 1200-mile Texas Bluebonnets route includes some of the finest sports car roads in the world, including 470 and 335/336/337, the Twisted Sisters. The famous Tail of the Dragon in North Carolina/Tennessee is 11 miles of twisty mountain road; the similar Twisted Sisters stretch out 149 miles.

The May 16-21 New England 1000 marks the 29th Anniversary of Vintage Rallies. The scenic 1000-mile route twists through the Green Mountains of Vermont, the White Mountains of New Hampshire, the stunning Presidential Range and the Lake District of Southern Maine. There are plenty of stops in addition to wonderful scenery, great roads and three Grand Hotels.

The 17th Annual Mountain Mille — Oct. 3-8 in West Virginia — will start and end at The Greenbrier, spend two nights at Glade Springs and one night at Allegheny Springs in Snowshoe Mountain Resort. The Mountain Mille will rally 1000 miles through the mountains of West Virginia, using a different route from any previous Mountain Mille, guaranteed to be just as beautiful and even more fun to drive.
