Sebring, FL — Historic Sportscar Racing will launch its 2020 season at a familiar and favorite venue with the March 26-29 HSR Spring Fling at Sebring International Raceway offering a large amount of track time for competitors. The early-entry deadline is March 13.

The Spring Fling weekend includes the first 2020 rounds of the B.R.M. Chronographes Endurance Challenge and an expanded schedule of three HSR WeatherTech Sprint races for all Run Groups. Building on the usual doubleheader schedule offered on most HSR race weekends, the trio of WeatherTech Sprints run in succession on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

The event has been expanded in total to four official days of track time on the legendary Sebring road course. Thursday’s morning and early afternoon test session sets the stage for the first of the weekend’s three official qualifying runs that afternoon.

The full event schedule also features the season-opening races for the Sasco Sports International/American Challenge and the HSR Stoner Car Care Global GT and HSR Classic RS Cup series.

The Sasco Sports race closes Friday’s schedule with a 5:05 p.m. EDT green flag. The HSR Stoner Car Care Global GT and HSR Classic RS Cup share the track in their feature race scheduled to start at 3 p.m. EDT on Saturday.
