New York, NY — Bonhams will return to Amelia Island for its March 5 auction at the Fernandina Beach Golf Club in follow-up to last year’s event that achieved $16 million in overall sales and an 84% sell-through rate.
In addition to setting sales records for three Brass Era vehicles last year, Bonhams also notched the sale of the ex-Jacky Ickx 1968 Grand Prix-winning Brabham-Cosworth BT26 that sold for $1.105 million. The sale was especially noteworthy since Ickx was the Amelia Island Concours honoree for 2019.
