Sales of Early Bird Amelia Island Concours Tickets Will Benefit Bahamas Relief Efforts; Penske is 2020 Honoree

Jacksonville, FL — Amelia Island Concours organizers have increased the “early bird” general admission ticket price by $25 (to $125), and will match the $25 increase for a donation of $50 for every ticket sold until Oct. 15 — with all funds going to relief efforts in the Bahamas.

Letters specifying that the additional $25 of the ticket price is a charitable donation are available upon request.

In other news, the Amelia Island Concours has named Roger Penske its honoree for the 25th anniversary event that will take place March 5-8, 2020. In addition to the lengthy list of motorsports-related accolades Penske has earned over a more than 60-year career, he was announced in June as an upcoming recipient of the Presidential Medal of Freedom, America’s highest civilian honor.
